Sabrosa is a new and exciting take on modern Mexican cuisine from the minds of co-owner and Chef, Jamie Knorr, and his partners. Chef Knorr has created modern takes on Mexican classics while respecting their origins. His dedication to quality and freshness, paired with thoughtfully created craft cocktails, mocktails, tequila flights and cerveza, is his recipe for success. Sabrosa strives to elevate the bar by using locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible, preparing them from scratch daily and presenting them to our guests with a strong focus on both vibrant flavours and artful presentations.

It was important for the owners to bring a new perspective to the growing culinary scene in Dartmouth. They chose the Dartmouth Crossing as their desired location. It is both an up-and-coming district and is easily accessible to all Nova Scotians, with ample parking, events, and activities in its immediate surroundings.
